Vargas Currently he serves as
researcher-professor at the Faculty of Engineering of the Autonomous
University of Queretaro. He also carries out an altruistic work as an
honorary editor of the technical journal: La
Mecatrónica en México, which is edited by the
Mexican Association of Mechatronics A.C., where it collaborates as Industrial
Vice-President. Consultant and technological advisor in several companies of Querétaro
State and surrounding areas. Senior member of IEEE (Institute
of Electrical and Electronics Engineers). He collaborates with the IEEE
section Querétaro organizing activities of promoting of Science and
Technology. Likewise, he participates in the evaluation of research projects
and postgraduate programs as National Researcher of CONACYT. Additionally, he is an
evaluator in several academic journals with peer arbitration, and is a member
of post-graduate synod in several
Mexican Universities Dr. Vargas has been member
of the following Associations:
